Pep in Your Step fitness program

Silverwood Heights Community Association invites you to put some pep in your step!

Tuesday and Thursday mornings (all ages but geared to 50+)
9-10 am, May 27-June 19
Meewasin Park by Canoe Launch

Come out to the park and enjoy time with your friends, improve balance, flexibility, and stamina. Bring your runners, water bottle, and a smile as we work our way to healthy and happy. This class is about low impact movement that is both effective and accessible. Participants must be healthy enough for exercise.
